Series 40 Magnetic Back Gauges
Manually positioned electro-magnetic unit performs back gauge function
and holds ferrous metal parts in position. Assures repeatable accuracy
and can eliminate need for hands in the die area to hold small parts.
Increased Safety: No danger to hands while forming small
sections.
Increased Accuracy: Metal is firmly held accurately against
magnetic Gauge. Magnetic force draws material evenly and securely
to gauge. Each piece is exactly like the next.
Increased Production: Gauge permits forming of sereral pieces
simultaneously. Output is increased because the brake operator
does not have to "feel" whether the sheet is against
the gauge. Additional attachments enable gauges to work in timing
sequence which can be easily adapted.

Series 44 Die Protectors
Can detect short feed, press overload, missing part, stock buckle
of end of stock in automated applications. Stops operation of machine
before damage occurs to press or die. Programmable for function; lights
indicate source of malfunction. Can be interfaced with photo-relay
parts detection systems, die probes, and interlocked barrier guards.
Reliable monitoring for presses up to 250 strokes-per-minute.

Series 45 Tonnage Monitors Solid-state digital circuitry displays exact
tonnage/force on each cycle of press or brake - assures operation
within the rated capacity of machine or tooling. Press control circuit
is interrupted to prevent costly damage if an overload occurs; reduces
tool and machine wear and the resultant down time.
Series
45 Part Sensors and Detectors Sensors or detectorswhich
integrate with a die protector or press monitor to provide protection
for press members or tooling.
