| Series 95 Dual Valves/Super Valve Insures
positive clutch/brake application on part-revolution machines. Series-flow,
dual valve has self-contained logic circuitry monitoring each cycle
or operation. Variety of sizes; includes extra large, low back-pressure
mufflers for quiet operation. Supervalves are the most advanced and
cost effective combination of self-diagnostic safety dual valve and
press control logic available for any part revolution clutch machine
tool, power press or press brake used as a power press. Designed for
the high production environment, operation problems cause a lock out
of the control for quick isolation seen by four pilot lights on control
box. Modular circuits, anti-tie down and anti-repeat integration,
simple installation and more. Complies with OSHA 1910.217 standards. |

Series 100, 200, 300, 400 Protech Main Control

100 Tripmaster II Anti-Tie Down Controls
PROTECH now offers a most compact integrated
anti-tie down control and two hand operator station available. Using
state-of-the-art technology in solid-state circuitry and top-quality
control components, this combined control interfaces with the machineÕs
magnetic motor starter and main power disconnect/fusing to fulfill
OSHA 1910.217 requirements for machinery. Additionally, the Tripmaster
may be used to provide two hand operator control of riveters, staking
presses, paper cutters and shears, injection molding machines, projection
welders and small pneumatic and hydraulic presses. The standard Tripmaster
offers single-shot output logic circuitry and anti-repeat features.
The integrated two hand control includes anti-tiedown circuitry that
requires concurrent and sustained operator actuation to allow machine
activation; successive activation requires full release and re-application
of both hand controls. Also Standard is external control power fusing
and a power ÒONÓ/ground ÒOKÓ indicator light. The Tripmaster enclosure,
measuring a mere 5Ó x 13Ó x 7Ó, is of all-steel, oil tight construction.
The two hand controls are ring-guarded in compliance with OSHA and
ANSI requirements. When ordered for use with 220 or 440 VAC line voltage,
the Standard Tripmaster includes a control voltage transformer with
an isolated, low voltage secondary. |

Series 1000 Digital Motion
Control For an Air Clutch Press or similar
machine the DMC 1000 integrates multi channels and functions
into a single compact digital press control. The main operational
features include Time based Brake Monitoring, Crank Shaft Motion detection
as well as direction monitoring, Strokes per minute, parts counter,
pre-select "Batch" counter, ram position, dynamic crank
shaft position display and 8 adjustable output channels.
