SERIES 24 SPARROW INFRARED LIGHT BARRIER: For
applications best suited for economical, general purpose uses on
a wide variety of machines and point of operation personnel hazards.
SERIES 24/25-74 WORK STATION: A combination Operator
Hand Station and Safety Device. Versatile for use on automatic ar
manually activated machines The ÒFeather TouchÓ hand pads are designed
to eliminate carpel tunnel injuries. The Work Station can be easily
rotated and fixed up to 90 degrees forward from horizontal at any
time for optimal productivity. Available with Series 24 or 25 Light
curtains depending on the environment.
SERIES 25 EAGLE EYE INFRARED LIGHT BARRIER:
OSHA & ANSI COMPLIANT PRESENCE SENSING DEVICES. Not affected
by persons or objects outside of the guarding zone. Requires no
calibration; tough construction for the production environment.
For hydraulic or air clutch activated shears.
SERIES 26 HAWK EYE INVISIBLE INFRARED PERIMETER
GUARD: Designed especially for perimeter guarding with a lower
light beam density. For detecting bodies going into hazardous area
and locking out the control. Mirrors are used to bend guarding area
around the hazard.
SERIES 78 SAFETY MATS: The Safety
Mat can be placed so that if a person stands on the mat, the machine
will not commence a cycle. If the machine has started a cycle and
a person steps onto the mat, the machine will stop instantly! The
Safety Mat is heavy duty, soft molded vinyl construction and is
extremely resistant to wear, oils, grease, and most chemicals. Available
in variety of sizes. Safety Mats may not qualify as machine guards
by themselves, but are easily integrated into other systems.
