Services Offered by Protech Systems

1. Safety Surveys - Protech offers a for fee Safety Survey of your plant or department, customized to your requirements. Our expertise covers, power presses, press brakes, shears, robotics, riveting equipment, saws, routers, drills, mills, lathes, benders, grinders, buffers, projection and spot welders, bending rolls, sheat metal rolls, slitters, and many other types of fabrication and metal working equipment. What we don't do is environmental, health and toxic control issues.

2. Quotations - Protech offers free quotations on any of the equipment items listed above that we service. Custom guarding is commonly quoted based upon the customers unique applications.

3. Installations - Protech offers factory installation of all our products. The prices are quoted firm for the limits of the quote except for travel expenses.

4. Certifications - Protech offers certifications and calibrations of brake monitors, tonnage monitors, OSHA and ANSI safety distance and training at our facility.

5. Training and Safety Seminars - Protech offers safety seminars on machine tool guarding to assist companies in meeting OSHA guidelines regarding hazards in machine operations. These periodic seminars provide classroom instruction and hands-on demonstration using production machines on our factory floor. Classes are held at our Chino California plant, or your factory.

6. Literature - Protech provides free literature on request for all of our products. Additionally, installation and users manuals are provided with each of our major products.

10. Products - products are available nationally, through independent representative companies, Thomas "On-Line" and direct sales where none of the other methods is available or practical. Many of the products are demonstrated at various trade shows, or they may be seen via scheduled factory tours or briefly in this website. All products are available with or without factory installation. 

11. Repair Services - We strive to have the best and quickest service in the business by having a 24hr. turn-around on 75% of all returns for repair. If we are not able to duplicate the problem, you should get a call from us to clarify the actual conditions of the problem.
